Refunds & Returns

 

Return / Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is damaged upon arrival.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Conditions for Return / Exchange

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items must be free from stains, odors, perfumes, or any damage caused after delivery.

  • Each product is eligible for alteration or exchange only once.

Process

  1. You must inform us of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order by email or WhatsApp.

  2. The product must be shipped back to us by the customer at their own cost.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if it qualifies, we will process an exchange or alteration.

Important Note

  • Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

  • Returns are strictly limited to cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
