Refunds & Returns

RITIKA VERMA shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers.

RITIKA VERMA can alter the size (if possible) of the same productItems must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains and fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact. 

You have to self ship the received products to us and once it qualifies our quality check, we shall dispatch your replacement(altered) order. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the outfit via email (socialhouseofriha@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 95606 63388) of your intent to exchange.  

An outfit is eligible for alteration only once.

Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
