Shipping In India:
Ritika Verma provides Free Shipping on all prepaid orders*.

International Shipping:
For international orders, shipping will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where it is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

No cash on delivery available for international orders.

TAXES & DUTIES

For Indian customers:
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International customers:
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

MODE OF SHIPPING

  • We’ve partnered with third party logistic service providers to manage product delivery. There may be certain areas / pin codes where the logistic partners have less reach/network. Hence, we urge our customers to check their pin code for serviceability at the time of order placement.

  • Customers are requested to provide accurate, complete and correct shipping address aided with identifiable landmark for a hassle-free delivery. In failure of the same, the delivery & its timeline might get affected. In case the delay arises due to customer’s unavailability / incorrect or incomplete details etc. Ritika Verma will not be held liable for the same at any given point in time.

  • Certain conditions might result in delayed deliveries e.g.: Political restrictions/disruptions, Logistic issues/technicalities beyond the purview of Ritika Verma, Unsuitable weather, & other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Ritika Verma shall make reasonable efforts to inform customers about the anticipated delay (if any) via Email / SMS.

  • Post order dispatch, the customers are provided with a valid AWB / tracking number, that may / may not be subject to inconsistencies of time-lags arising at the end of the logistic partner.
