Shipping in India

Ritika Verma provides Free Shipping on all prepaid orders*.
Domestic deliveries are usually completed within 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping will be charged based on the weight, volume of the product, and the destination country. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
International deliveries typically take 15–20 working days from the date of dispatch.
No cash on delivery is available for international orders.

If you require delivery by a particular date, please write to us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Please note: delivery timelines are estimates only. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays such as carrier issues, customs clearance, bad weather, political restrictions, riots, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

Taxes & Duties

  • For Indian customers: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

  • For International customers: Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Product prices displayed are exclusive of import duties, taxes, or customs charges. The recipient is liable for these, payable at the time of delivery to release the order from customs.

We’ve partnered with third-party logistics providers for deliveries. Serviceability may vary by area/pincode, so we recommend checking at the time of order placement.

Customers must provide a complete, accurate shipping address with identifiable landmarks to ensure smooth delivery. Ritika Verma is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details, unavailability at delivery, or incomplete addresses.

Certain conditions may cause delays, such as political disruptions, logistic/technical issues beyond our control, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of anticipated delays via Email/SMS.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a valid AWB/tracking number. Please note tracking updates may be subject to delays at the logistics partner’s end.
